An Anal Training Method to Prevent Fecal Incontinence ―

We recommend “Training to strengthen anal closing” for patients at Omi Clinic who have poor anal tightness and are troubled by fecal incontinence. Please be sure to try practicing it.

“Tightly close and relax your anus for about 2 seconds 50 times or more a day.”

When this training method is performed as far as possible every day, results are often seen in about 3 to 6 months.
When anal tightness becomes poor, social life becomes restricted, daily life becomes difficult, and people tend to stay home due to such symptoms as underwear soiling, flatus, and fecal incontinence, and so it would seem better to get tested early.
At our clinic we perform anal tightness tests and inform you of the results the same day.
